Hähnchen mit Black Bean Soße


Zutaten

  • 450 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs finely chopped ginger
  • 1 ½ tbs finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbs finely chopped shalotts
  • 1 ½ tbs finely chopped spring onions
  • 2 ½ tbs black beans, rinsed and coarsely chopped
  • 150ml chicken stock

Marinade

  • 1 tbs light soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbs dry cherry
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornflower
  • Salt

Zubereitung

  1. Cut the chicken thights into 5 cm chunks.
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients together with ½ tsp of salt and pour over the chicken pieces. Leave to marinade for about 1 hour. Drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
  3. Heat a pan until it is hot, add the oil. When it is very hot add the chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes, until it begins to brown.
  4. Add the ginger, garlic, shalotts, spring onion and black beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the stock. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
