Zutaten
- 450 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tbs finely chopped ginger
- 1 ½ tbs finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbs finely chopped shalotts
- 1 ½ tbs finely chopped spring onions
- 2 ½ tbs black beans, rinsed and coarsely chopped
- 150ml chicken stock
Marinade
- 1 tbs light soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbs dry cherry
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp cornflower
- Salt
Zubereitung
- Cut the chicken thights into 5 cm chunks.
- Mix the marinade ingredients together with ½ tsp of salt and pour over the chicken pieces. Leave to marinade for about 1 hour. Drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
- Heat a pan until it is hot, add the oil. When it is very hot add the chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes, until it begins to brown.
- Add the ginger, garlic, shalotts, spring onion and black beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the stock. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
