Zutaten
- 450 g fresh Broccoli
- 1 ½ tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tbs finely chopped garlic
- Salt and black pepper
- 3 tbs hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 3 tbs water
Zubereitung
- Separate the broccoli heads into small flortes, peel and slice the stem.
- Blanc in salted water for several minutes, put into icewater. Drain thoroughly.
- Heat a pan until it is very hot, put in the oil and when it is very hot add the garlic, brokkoli, 2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper.
- Stir fry for 1 minute. 4. Add hoisin sauce, sherry and water
- Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until brokkoli is soft.
