Brokkoli in Hoisin Soße


Zutaten

  • 450 g fresh Broccoli
  • 1 ½ tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs finely chopped garlic
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3 tbs hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 3 tbs water

Zubereitung

  1. Separate the broccoli heads into small flortes, peel and slice the stem.
  2. Blanc in salted water for several minutes, put into icewater. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Heat a pan until it is very hot, put in the oil and when it is very hot add the garlic, brokkoli, 2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper.
  4. Stir fry for 1 minute. 4. Add hoisin sauce, sherry and water
  5. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until brokkoli is soft.
