Zutaten
- 1 garlic clove
- 2tsp fresh ginger
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 450g mushrooms
- 2 tsp chilli bean sauce
- 1 tbs dry sherry
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbp chicken stock
- 2 tsp sugar
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Zubereitung
- Finely chop the garlic, ginger and spring onions. Heat a big frying pan until it is very hot. Add the oil and when it is very hot, add the obove and stir fry for about 10 seconds. Add the mushrooms and stir fry for about 30 seconds. Add the rest of the ingredients apart from the oil, season with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp of black pepper.
- Continue to stir fry until the mushrooms are cooked through.
- Just before serving, add the sesame oil, mix well.
