Rind mit Zuckerschoten


Zutaten

  • 450 g Beef
  • 2 tsp light soya sauce
  • 2 tsp dry sherry
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornflower
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 100 g red or green peppers ( about 1 )
  • 3 tbs vegetable oil
  • 225 g trimmed mangetout
  • 150 ml stock
  • 3 tbs oyster sauce

Zubereitung

  1. Cut the Beef into thick slices 5 cm long. Put them into a bowl and add the soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil, cornflower, ½ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of black pepper. Mix well with the Beef and marinade for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the peppers into 5 cm stripes.
  3. Heat the frying pan until it is very hot, add the oil and when it is very hot stir fry the Beef for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the Beef and drain , reserving the oil.
  5. Wipe the frying pan clean, then reheat it and return 1 tbs of the drained oil. When it is hot, stir fry the pepper stripes and mangetout for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the stock and oyster sauce and bring the mixture to the boil. Return the cooked Beef to the pan and stir well
